Genuinely speaking, Vimm, this is more than likely another troll attempt. The way they target random games wantonly without much consistency, leaving only a few behind for some odd reason, is very odd and doesn't make much sense. I'd say it'd be best to mark this off as another troll, especially considering what happened with that last attempt with that one false Nintendo DMCA. There's more than likely a clear cut sign that this is another false take down notice so if there's any details that can invalidate it are helpful.
Vimm's Lair has been asked to remove many games from The Vault on behalf of Nintendo, Sega, Lego, and the ESA. While most of these games (and the hardware to play them) haven't been sold in decades, ultimately it's their prerogative so these games are now gone for good.
