Gawd I hate Nintendo!

They're simply the WORST game company in the world. Yeah, their games are good, but their business practices piss me off so much.

I was thoroughly surprised to see that Sega was taking action as well, since they've always been pretty cool about fangames and non-profit distribution of their older titles.

"Remember kids, sniffing glue will not get your parents back together."

Vimm's Lair has been asked to remove many games from The Vault on behalf of Nintendo, Sega, Lego, and the ESA. While most of these games (and the hardware to play them) haven't been sold in decades, ultimately it's their prerogative so these games are now gone for good.
