This appears to be a recently developed problem. I too can replicate the problem, and did not have experience the errors two weeks ago.

Hello, Im having problems with the software provided by this website. I downloaded Zsnes for windows and tried downloading super mario allstars. On the download screen I had a lot of warnigs and just scramble text. the emulator boots up but will not play any rom that I downlaod. It says sompressed sip folder is invalid or currupt??? any help please
