I've restored the database backup and moved all databases to the good drive. The result is that the last few months of download stats were lost but that's no big deal. The data's still in the bad database if I can figure out how to get it out but so far I haven't had any luck. Everything should be back to normal now so if you see anymore errors please let me know.
Bah, the main hard drive's acting up again. There's some bad sectors on the drive and part of the database is corrupted. It doesn't look like anything critical was hit so I can restore it but I definitely need to get the database on the other drive so this doesn't happen again.
