For some/most of these, you should be able to look up the game followed by HD texture pack. I know that Shattered Memories has an HD texture pack on GBATemp but I believe it's for the PS2 version.
As for creating a texture pack, Dolphin should have a setting/feature that allows you to dump the games textures to a folder, then you can freely edit them and reimplement them by loading custom textures. I can't say for 100% certainty if that would work but it's worth a shot.
Let me know how creating one goes, I'm interested to hear more.

I am looking for an HD texture pack of the following Wii games:
- Project Zero 2
- Silent Hill Shattered Memories
- Calling
- Cursed Mountain
- Dead Space Extraction
- Deadly Creatures
- Disaster: Day of Crisis
- Lost in Shadow
- Mushroom Men: Spore Wars
- Night of the Sacrifice (was in progress at one one but disappeared)
- Nights: Journey of Dreams
- Fragile Dreams (a masterpiece)
Any help in how to find or crate them is welcome, Im also happy to donate to get them done!
