vm-cli error Skipping Url! - Cannot retrieve downl

I am on Linux Mint.
I have pipx preinstalled.
I apt'd aria2.
I pipx ensurepath and completion for the bash shell. As, vm-cli and aria2 run on different path environments.
I keep getting this error and need your help! I can share cmd history and PC specs, but this is my first post on Vimm so I want to keep it concise before I info bomb.
