It's a terrible idea to upload them here, but a great idea in general. In case you don't keep with the news, the copyright hounds took down most of AAA games on this site this past March.
If you want to preserve games, share them through large torrent trackers to decentralize ownership. Torrent trackers like Pirate Bay, Limetorrents, 1337x, and Rutracker. The latter one is probably the safest since being a Russian site, the western law cannot reach it.

Is it OK if me and my friends upload files for 200+ Digital only Xbox 360 marketplace games on here so they don't get lost forever?
