I believe there were two versions of that cart released and one does that in emulators. I need to track down the other version sometime as I think it will work properly.
The Special Circuit is supposed to unlock if you have a 4-0 record in all three of the other circuits.
However on these ROMs I can't get it to unlock no matter what I do. I even tried both SNES emulators. No luck. The Special Circuit never appears. Any help?
