Turns out i found that the developer setup has been taken down due to other issues.
A new PS3 emulator has arrived for the Android platform. following in RPCS3 footsteps. Still early in development but who knows. It is called aPS3e. I am sure low end games should work but just have to wait and see. On a secondary note from myself. The Building of my game server is going well. Had to get around all the DMCA takedowns but so far so good. I am building based on english language expected list and not far from 14k games thus far. I am now getting into the bigger file sizes and have a raid drive with 81.8 Tb of total space.
