Sorry, I was mistaken. While the cloud services company that owns the IP is registered in the UK, the IP address itself geolocates to Moscow.
I have a region block set for Russia on my network and am unable to access the site, what or how are you pinging, nslookup pulls a Russian data center public IP , I’d be glad to post the public ip if you’d like but iplocation.net shows Russia location as well.
