The Resident Evil HD remasters were digital only, so while the 360 vault won't include them at the moment, you should be able to find them on Myrient or the Internet Archive (look for the No-Intro XBLA archive).
Winning Eleven 2013 was called Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 outside of Asia. While the Asian version of the game has yet to be verified by Redump, the non-Asian versions of the game are available in the 360 vault under the name Pro Evolution Soccer 2013, and the PS3 and PSP versions of Winning Eleven 2013 are available in their respective vaults.
