3ds.hacks.guide has all the tutorials and keeps up to date XD

If and when a 3DS section gets added, we really need to simplify how you add mods. I keep trying to find how to use Luma3DS on Citra but dear lord are the 'tutorials' full of WAY too much technobabble. I just want to play ORAS with the original GBA soundtrack and May in her superior OG outfit!
