Ask Screenscraper to be certain, but my guess is that they scraped the size of the zipped file instead of the extracted file.
How can I further compress a PSP iso?
Suppose I want to compress Asphalt-Urban GT 2. It's available here as 7z of 74.9MB. But PPSSPP can't seem to open this 7z directly. Extracted ISO is 843 MB. Converting to CHD and CSO gives 289 MB and 339 MB, respectively. Yet screenscraper.fr lists a .cso rom with size of 73.83 MB. How come?
