I used to use nps browser on the pc myself, but if you wanted it for ps3 and you have ps3xploits hen installed, bucanero worked on an excellent pkg homebrew that allows you access and download stuff from nopaystation directly on the system. It is dubbed PkgI and it works well from what i understand, i rarely connect my playstation 3 to the net, so i do apologize if any issue with that homebrew application occurs, i would take that up with bucanero and would suggest you to go to the psxplace forums instead.
