I think we've just been trolled. LOL
But seriously, I think the heyday of AAA gaming is over and done. Independent developers know better than to invest billions of dollars into every single game they release. They'll be the ones riding high while big-name companies go through PR nightmares, countless lawsuits, and bankruptcies.
Still, it's kind of sad. I remember when Activision first came out ... it was awesome. I was always excited about every single game they released. It's certainly not that way anymore.
