I'm using Internet Explorer 7 I just hold down the Ctrl button when pressing the download button.
My guess would be Internet Explorer. I tried turning off the download queue a while ago but forgot that IE will still block the download from starting. You may need to set IE to allow all downloads from this site until I can get a chance to change that. Or, give Firefox a try.
