Vimm's GBA database is based on No-Intro's GBA database, so you'd have to get those games verified by No-Intro first.
I noticed that Shantae Advanced is listed under the Game Boy Advance Games (no manual uploaded yet, though I'll fix this as soon as my order arrives). Is there any chance that other aftermarket games will be added, too? I have Dragonborne by Spacebot, Deadeus by IZMA and Year 2031 by Kociantech, all with manuals, but I can't select them when I choose Game Boy.
