I'd like to see someone make an attempt in translating the menus on Metal Gear Solid Integral to all be English. That way, the Integral version would literally be the best way to replay MGS1 with all it's added content. Yes, I'm aware you can set the subtitles to English and the game's dialogue is already in English itself, alongside the fact that there is a PC port of Integral that does have the menus in English (however cuts content that was added to the PlayStation release), but the menus is stuck in Japanese so you can't really read through the past operations screen nor understand the tasks on Disc 3 (Which is the VR missions disk of Integral) unless you could read Japanese. If the menus were patched to English, it would honestly be the best way to play since with Integral, you'd have the main game, additional content like the alternate round and first person mode to replay the campaign if you want to spice up your replays, and all of VR Missions with the prerequisite that you have to get a Big Boss rank to unlock the Gray Fox missions. Nice way to incentivize a Big Boss run if you get rewarded to play the Gray Fox missions after unlocking them (even if I hear that they weren't necessarily fun to play).
