The DLC did not get bundled with the physical release until the PS4 remaster. Vimm currently does not include DLC in the PS3 vault. However, you can find PSN content on Myrient and the Internet Archive.
I am uncertain the DLC is included with v1.0 Last of Us (USA), is there someone who could add the DLC .pkg or include it in main game as a v2.0?
