Enter the Matrix - Re-downloaded, extracted xiso, repacked using 7-zip, checked package, unpacked and ftp'd - same issue. Game starts, black screen, says "Atari" and plays a bit of music. Then console freezes up completely and wont respond to controller restart. Tried PAL, PAL-60, NTSC and NTSC-J mode to no avail.
Jade Empire - tried disc 2 on phone, download link works. But still not on PC, weird. Brave shield off... hm.

Sonic Mega Collection has a number of unlockable games which appear as question marks until they are unlocked.
The download button for Jade Empire Disk 2 works fine for me.
Have you made sure Enter the Matrix was downloaded and unzipped correctly? During both download and unzipping, there is a possibility of file corruption, and you might need to repeat these steps to ensure no corruption is at play.
