In Xenia, you'll need to go into the "xenia.config.toml" file and change the license_mask entry to -1 or 1 (try both if one doesn't work).

Thank you so much! However I am running Choplifter HD on the Xenia Canary program. Will this tool still work? Still very new to emulating games on PC.
