Have you tried using a flash drive instead of an SD card to see if that makes a difference?

Majority of what I've tried has worked perfectly on my softmodded wii but specifically the No More Heros games refuse to be accepted by WiiBM.
I've tried redownloading them three times each incase some chunks weren't saved properly but still no beans. It recognizes the game but refuses to move it to the SD card.
The only thread I could find was someone from a few years ago with the same issue but no solution in the replies :(
