The filter is automatically set based on your IP's region. I find that even when you disable it, it turns itself back on periodically, so I would recommend checking it again every so often (and using the search bar when you know which game you're looking for, as the filter doesn't apply to searches)
Wow, I didn't even know that I had a filter set in the vault. I see the games now that I tweaked the filter settings and many more games too. Thank you so much, you made my day.
