Does the game not tell you what it is when you install it? Poking at the file with a hex editor, it looks like it's just giving you items. Do you not get the items in-game?
all i can find is that there not the 6 treasures, shuffle dungeon or ultra hard mod. they do successfully install on xenia. ive seen 1 source mention that there was japan exclusive items. another saying there was some free event items.
