Hi Vimm, it's nice to meet you.

My mistake blaming the dump as well; I can't do much since I don't have my PC as the moment, but could you try double checking and/or recreating the XISO? 
I used Repackinator to make mine, and everything works like a charm, seeming like a more reliable tool?

What I've seen is two folders one named maps_es and maps_it, with the maps_it containing the .tga loading screen with "CARICAMENTO" being the text in it. 
If for some reason you end up with some folder containing english data too, could you let me know? Especially since both your vault and Redump classify only one disc with an Italian version, only one with a Spanish version, and they're the same disc.

You're comparing apples and oranges. An ISO and an XISO are not the same, and there's nothing wrong with the ISO in The Vault.

The XISO is built with extract-xiso (the specific version's listed in the readme). extract-xiso has known flaws that affect some games, so this must be one of them. The Xbox Vault will be switching to xdvdfs in the future.
