Cosmo Police Galivan - Localized Manual (FC/NES)

I recently found a high-quality scan of the Cosmo Police Galivan manual on Archive (Famicom, Japanese) and took on the project of localizing it to English. I've uploaded the localized copy, but while The Vault contains the English translation, the Manual Project seems to indicate the JP region. Not sure if anyone wants to bother correcting this, but the original Japanese manual can be found here:
