Have you formatted the disk as FAT32? FAT32 does not support files over 4GB. You need to format the disk as NTFS to support large files.

I was using 7zip. When I do, it unzips to barely over 4GB, making the unzip cancel right before the end. The error I get says "There is not enough space on the disk", even though my flash drive has plenty of space.
