Providers such as Steam have tons of profits which they can invest in bandwidth. Vimm does not and likely never will. We're all lucky Vimm makes enough money to stay online in the first place.

wii cod bo1 literally takes 2 hours while the pc gta sa(almost the same file size) just downloaded less than half an hour
