Can't upload manual

I am attempting to upload a manual for Guitar Hero on Tour for the DS. I can upload each image just fine; they're all pngs of the same size (except front and back). But when I try to publish it, I get a popup saying "image 3a242f8c34af242444050cc98c6d6d32 not found." What is this?
Related note, this game also came with a large page of instructions to use the thing that plugs into the Gameboy slot; am I supposed to upload that too? (Is that the problem?)
