Using Zsnes: load the game, press the ESC key, goto Cheats -> Add Code, Enter the code, enter description, press ADD and it should appear in the box. double click the code to turn it on or off. Press SAVE to save the codes to a file, so this way when you reload the same game you can just press the LOAD button in the Add Code menu and load all the codes you entered.
For Snes9x its something similar, load game, on the top window bar of the emulator there should be a Cheat Input option and you do something similar.
I noticed there were codes for Sim City on SNES but how do you use them? It is something like f8hds-sf98g. Anyone know how to put these in?
