I don't see any issues relating to it on the Github. You should probably submit a bug report.

I am fairly new to Rosalie's Muppen GUI and it's working wonderful for every game I've tried but this one. Hydro Thunder wouldn't load at all until I changed the video and RSP plugins to Parallel and even then it loads the game but crashes once I get to the track selection. What is going on? Is this a known issue?
