Another upgrade update

The server's rebuilt and initial stress tests are promising. Install is scheduled for Monday afternoon so if all goes well it could be live Tuesday.
The server has arrived and is being refitted with an Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus, 256GB of RAM, and a 100Gb NIC. The old hardware will become a dedicated database server which should help with recent slowdowns and timeouts when the site's busy. It should be ready to go live this weekend. As always, outages will be planned overnight with a site-wide notice posted in advance.
