I'll also say make sure the file and filepath you're copying from your 360 matches the file name listed for the DLC in the DAT/Vimm upload form.
Not sure what the official No-Intro 360 DLC dumping process is. The guide they link to on their site is incomplete and their 360 digital dumping guide is unfinished. The dump for that DLC in particular is marked as unverified on No-Intro (they only have one dump so far), so I'd say best bet is probably to register an account in the No-Intro forums and get their help dumping and verifying the DLC. If the hash in the DAT turns out to be inaccurate, the DAT will be updated. If your dumping process turns out to be inaccurate, then you'll be able to figure out the correct process.
