hey man, late reply, but I remember you too, haha. Damn, I didn't imagine there would still be people from way back in the day here. This was my childhood. Cherryroms and Amalgam - that was sure a fun time. You were on mIRC too correct, in those channels? I don't remember the CR admin stuff, but I do remember ...running amok.
And yeah, those 56k downloads were a nightmare. No resume in those days either. Hours or even days for 1 SNES rom. If you got interrupted, well, you got to start over, heh.

I remember you from back in the day! I also spent alot of time here. Remember alot of sites back then, Cherryroms comes to mind. There was some weird "feuding" between Vimm and the admins there at one point I seem to recall. Forget what it was all about.
Perusing through some of the recent posts here, I see many things haven't changed lol. Especially complaints about bandwidth...SMH! What a problem to have these days! I remember trying to download NES and SNES roms on 56K!
