Absurdly slow download speed

At the moment i'm downloading these games at 300kb/s. I've tried free download manager, and Xbox image extractor by dromedary along side some other third party installers to try to get past the absurdly slow download speed and none of them work. I made an account hoping maybe it was a limitation for bots but I cant seem to do anything to fix it. Ive tried multiple browsers and i'm kind of at a loss. is there a solution to this, or am I just stuck with the 300kb/s download speed?
