The Vault builds a token from your IP address.  Then when you download it compares your IP with the token IP.  If they don't match you get a 401.

Why is your IP address changing?

Hi, everytime i try to download a Nintendo DS game "Error 401, Invalid Token" appears. I don't understand why.
