All of the above, I'm sure.  640x480 is in the "other" category, as well as offbeat resolutions like 960x600, and Win CE's 300x240 resolution (if I have those numbers right;  it's been a few years).

I think I'm in thr 3.7% with Other when I visit the site on my PSP. I wonder if PSP and other mobile devices make up that whole category or are strange or crazy large resolutions in there as well.
