What laptop do you recommend today?

I'm looking for a good balance between cheap and power but the ram crisis is difficult, at least it has the same power as a 9° console (e.g. ps5) to be able to play the gta6 and emulation and also for ai work, but I don't know much about Hardware and that's why I need help. A Laptop would be the best according to me because I don't even want to think about the price of a PC.

I appreciate that you support me PS ?
