I don't get what people see in Conan. His jokes are dull, he has no comedic timing, and whenever a joke falls flat (as they so often do) he resorts to stupid gestures for a pity laugh. He's not even in the same league as Leno so I can't imagine HIS replacement could possibly be any worse.
