Yeah I can't seem to find it either.  I wonder if it was never dumped or something since I'm seeing what appears to be complete sets, but it's not listed.  I'll keep looking, but I doubt I'm going to find it.

Cant find Towers II anywhere. Its for the atari Jaguar.
Dont think Jaguar is still in production
