Daylight Savings Time

The time for the messages is off by an hour (and maybe a few minutes as well) possibly due to Daylight Savings Time?
The only one I've had any experience with is the DS Top Toy (DSTT). I've only had it used for DS games and it worked great. The only problem I had was either an old firmware or the SDHC card wasn't in the right format, but that was easy to fix. It was pretty cheap from Deal Extreme.
