speaking of save states

does anyone remember The Naki Game Saver/Game Saver Plus+ for the SNES? A few days ago I suddenly remembered this thing from. I remember it being in an ad for some magazine, probably Nintendo Power. It was only sold at Wal-Mart, but I never found it around my area. It claimed you could use it to save your game at any point and resume from that location, like an emulator's save state. Since I don't remember it becoming a popular item, I doubt it worked very well. Does anyone remember what magazine or Nintendo Power issue this was in?

Alright that's fine with me I felt guilty using save state anyways :). But it comes in handy for games you cant save, and like in super mario world, after you get 2 feathers and yoshi before you start a stage, so you dont have to walk back to the secret area over and over.
