Zip programs

I've been promoting 7Zip lately and changed the reference to WinZip on the Instructions page.  Unlike WinZip and WinRar, 7Zip is freeware and supports pretty much all the formats WinRar does.

You might also use WinRAR to open your 7Z file, as it'll extract RAR and ISO files, too.
