I've only done it with a modded Playstation 1 for NES roms. I've heard that with the Dreamcast it's pretty simple and requires little to no modding of the console at all.

A "Custom Firmware" PSP Slim with its emulators should be able to work as well.

Hey, I've heard about a couple different ways you can play emulators and ROMs on your TV, like using a modded X-Box, Dreamcast, or using S-video out from a computer. Does anybody have any experience with these? Any recommendations?
