First extract the ROM.  It has to be the Star Fox 2 (Beta TD) version for this to work.  Extract the IPS patch file to the same location as the ROM.  rename the IPS file the exact same name as the ROM (i.e. StarFox2.smc, StarFox2.ips) load ROM in Zsnes.  Zsnes will automatically load the patch on top of the ROM.  It worked for me.

I have downloaded the patch for Starfox 2 to translate it into english and to fix it up. However, I don't know how to use it. Can anyone help me?
