Couldn't find any pictures of this online and had to make my own from memory. Colors may be reversed, not sure. I recall this as being some version of Oregon Trail.

But Tarbolde's game appears to be the Apple 2 version of "Oregon Trail". Note how every white line or black line that's one pixel thick appears as either Blue or Orange. When the graphics do this, but the total amount of available colors is above 4, you can guarantee that it's an Apple II release. Search for DSK files that are made for these Apple models:
>Apple II, Apple II+, Apple IIc, and Apple IIe.
