Help with Dreamcast, please help

Btw, thank you for helping me with playstation Dhaos, that was a big help. But i need help with Dreamcast. Can someone give me the link to the best emulator for Windows Vista, and tell me how to configure it properly so itll work perfectly with the roms and such. I figured it would be the same as playstation, but apparently its not. Thank you...
