Yup, the site was down for an OS upgrade. I'm noticing some odd behavior now though. Downloads work for me but it's buffering the entire file before it sends it out, which causes a long wait. If I can't find a way around it I'll have to uncap the download speeds until I can work out a new system.
Thanks for the bug report, NESKid. A few days back, the site appeared to be down for at least several hours. Apparently, the problem you describe remained after the site went back up. My guess is that the site isn't back up 100% yet. :-)
