Whew! Reminds me in January of 2009, when someone was selling a $25 home computer at a $50,000 starting bid. He claimed it was "extremely rare", even though there were thousands of it available elsewhere. I think he posted an additional $50 shipping price with it, too. No one made any bids on that one; I remember posting about it in a different forum, saying something like this:
