Okay for anyone else who is having this problem, I found a solution to my own problem. I went to the Options menu and clicked on the Display Configuration. There i checked the boxes next to auto frome rate adjust and limit frame rate only, then clicked okay. All my games went back to normal speed.

I have the Sne9x emulator and I was playing Final Fantasy V when out of nowhere the game goes into turbo mode without me hitting the key. Now the key on my keyboard is not sticking. And when I quit the program and restart it the games title screen is in turbo mode. Also all my other games are stuck in turbo mode. Even my saved game files from before it became stuck in turbo are also in turbo mode. Pressing the turbo key does nothing, nor does any other key. I dont want to reinstal the emulator because I dont want to lose my save game data. Does anyone know what the heck is going on?
